2. What is included in a general clean?
General Areas (Living Room, Hallways, Bedrooms):
• Dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, Sweeping/mopping hard floors, emptying bins/replacing liners, wiping light switches, handles, and door frames, Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces (as needed), Light tidying (fluffing cushions, straightening up)
Kitchen:
• Wiping down countertops and cabinets, Cleaning exterior of appliances, cleaning sink and taps, Wiping itchen table and chairs, Sweeping and mopping the floor, emptying bins and replacing liners
Bathrooms
• Cleaning the toilet, inside and out, cleaning of sink, taps, and countertop, Wiping mirrors and glass, Cleaning the shower/bathtub and tiles, mopping the floor
3. Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes - I can either use own products or your own to suit your needs.
4. Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured for your peace of mind.
5. How do I book a clean?

6. How much do you charge?
Rates depend on the type and frequency of cleaning. Prices typically range from £15 per hour exclusive of VAT.
7. Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, many clients are happy to provide access while they’re out. I respect your privacy and security, and I’m happy to work around what’s most convenient for you. I have a full DBS clearance should you wish to see this.
8. Do you offer one-off cleans?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a spring clean, pre-event refresh, or post-renovation tidy-up, I’m happy to help.
9. Can I set up regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning?
Yes—many of my clients opt for recurring cleans. I’ll work with you to find a schedule that suits your home and lifestyle.
